I just read your post about the director of Delphin retiring…Do you mean Dr. Irina? What more can you share about this?
She was so good to us during my first adoption and I’m eager to see her for #2 (in 2009)…has she left?
Anything you can share would be greatly appreciated: kris.stone ((AT)) verizon.net–no spaces, and @ instead of ((AT)). Thanks!

Thanks! That’s a great selection of resources. I’ve been learning
for a year and I want to speak it like a native.

My brother and his wife are adopting from Kazakhstan.
They have spent 3-4 weeks in Kazakhstan completing the
bonding process and are currently waiting for the second
phone call providing a court date. They were told the second
phone call would come in 4-6 weeks. It has been 2 full
months. Is this the norm? I realize we are anxious but at the
same time we hope she is still there!!!
Thanks for any info!
Pam

My brother and his wife have completed the bonding process
in Kazakhstan. Next step: A phone call informing them of a
court date coming in 4-6 weeks. It’s been over 2 full months
and no phone call. Is this the norm?
We’re anxious but hoping Baby D is still there!
