It Has Been Sold

My link to “Home For Sale” is being removed and in place I’m leaving this entry…for memory sake. My little home has been sold and the closing is this coming Friday, September 29th. As there are over 60 homes in the South Portland area on the market for under $200,000, we are lucky to have sold and to be closing in such a short time. We did price to sell and could have maybe squeaked out a little more for the house, but we thought it best to sell it quickly in a buyers market for what is a pretty fair price at this time.¬† So if you want to see what you missed, my little Internet add is below:

After renting it for only one year, my very cozy and adorable home at 812 Sawyer Street, South Portland, ME is now up for sale. We’ve spent the summer painting, cleaning, and updating this great little house and are now anxious to sell! Check out the details and contact me if you are interested.
